Who we are

Connecting People (We Recruit IT LLC) is a technology talent recruiting company in Latin America. This page explains what data we use and what for. Contact: [email protected].

What data we receive

What you send us through forms or email: your name, email, company and message. If you are a candidate, your resume and the professional details you share with us or that are public. We also collect anonymous usage data, such as the pages you visit, to improve the site.

What we use it for

To answer inquiries, run searches and introduce candidates to companies with their consent. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Connection with Google

Some internal tools connect to Google accounts that belong to our own team, always with the account owner’s authorization. They only access what is needed for the task the owner requests: searching, reading and drafting emails. To process that content we use third party artificial intelligence services, only to complete that task. We do not share this data with anyone else or use it for advertising.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who we share it with

With client companies, only the details of candidates who agreed to be introduced. With providers that help us operate (email, hosting, work tools), who use the data only to provide that service to us.

How long we keep it

As long as it is needed for the purpose we received it for, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to [email protected]. In Argentina, the authority for Law 25,326 on personal data protection is the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública. Access by our tools to a Google account can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top.
